As of late I have been really interested in the paintings of Eduard Vuillard, particularly his landscape paintings. As a landscape painter myself, I am always interested in what other landscaper painters are creating. Melanie Parke is a painter from Michigan whom is moving into the studio next to mine who’s work, oil on canvas landscapes have caught my interest. Maureen Gallace is an accomplished painter whose work was brought to my attention by my friend Sarah. I love the clean lines in Gallace’s work and the simplicity of her compositions.
