A trip to Asheville, NC & Penland School of Crafts

Hello Dee here,

I just arrived home yes­ter­day from Asheville, NC where I vis­ited Pen­land School of Crafts, hiked moun­tains, sam­pled the most deli­cious craft beers I have ever tasted and slept like I’ve never slept before in the foggy Blue Ridge Mountains.

Some photo’s of Penland’s artist-in-residence stu­dios, class stu­dio facil­i­ties and beau­ti­ful grounds. Truly an amaz­ing place to stay and make art in almost every medium from paint­ing, let­ter­press, screen print­ing, to ceram­ics, glass blow­ing, met­als, masonry, wood­work­ing, tex­tiles and more.
